1. Qualification, Examination & Eligibility
a. Qualification & Eligibility- To be eligible to apply for admission to the master of Engineering (ME) in Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) course, a candidate should have passed,
of the University of Mumbai.BE in E &T or
BE in Electronics or
BE in Electrical or
BE Instrumentation or
BE in Computer
OR
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in the aforesaid branches of any other University recognised as equivalent to BE of this University
OR
Should have passed the examination conducted by the Institute of Engineers (India) and qualify to become Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE, India) in the aforesaid branches (Ref. University Circular No. 326 of 2004 dated 9/08/2004).

The sponsored candidates should have a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

The sponsored candidate must have a minimum of two years full time work experience in a registered firm / company / educational and or research institution / a government department or government autonomous in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
College will conduct its own qulifying examination & will conduct personal interviews for admission. (Model Question Paper)
2. Intake


Category Seats A : General 10 B : Sponsored 05 C : SC / ST 03 Total No. of Seats : 18 

- Reserved seats for B & C category candidates will be offered to the candidates in the respective category in the first round, strictly on the basis of merit decided and specified in the rules elsewhere.
The vacant seats if any in the reserved category stated above, will be offered to the candidates of "General Category" - Candidates claiming to belong to the backward class will be required to produce a certificate to that effect from the appropriate authority.
- Candidates belonging to SC / ST category of backward class from Maharashtra only, will be eligible for admission.

4. Application & Documents Required
Application in the prescribed form attached here to, complete in all respect and addressed to the Principal, Terna Engineering College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, should be submitted to the college office by 5.00pm on the 15th day of from the date of Admission Notice.
Cost of Form is Rs. 600/-
You can download Application Form and M.E. Prospectus 2009-10 here and submit completed form along with DD of Rs. 600/-.
The following documents should be attached with the application form:- Attested copy of the Qualified Examination Degree Certificate
- Attested copy of the final year mark sheet
- Copy of the work experience certificate, if any
- Provisional Eligibility Certificate in case of candidates who have passed their BE degree from institutes or universities other than the Mumbai University
- Transfer certificate from the previous college
- Caste Certificate, if required
